Design Concept: > “The core concept focuses on creating a sense of serenity and security through strategic use of negative space and a soothing color palette. By prioritizing a ‘Patient-First’ visual language, the app reduces medical anxiety, allowing users to effortlessly access their clinical history—including past hospital records and vaccination data. The goal is to provide a seamless, stress-free experience from home to the clinic.”

Key Features:

Medical Records & Vaccination History: Unified access to personal health data and immunization logs.

Pre-consultation Data Entry: Minimizing on-site waiting times by allowing users to complete necessary documentation and medical history in advance.

Workflow & Methodology:

Project Briefing: Understanding the core requirements and business goals.
Exploration & Research: Deep-diving into the brief and gathering industry insights.
Wireframing (Low-Fidelity): Developing structural layouts to define user flows and core functions.
