Patient-First / Mobile Experience
The core concept focuses on creating a sense of serenity and security through strategic use of negative space and a soothing color palette.
By prioritizing a Patient-First visual language, the application aims to reduce medical anxiety and help users access clinical history, past hospital records and vaccination data with less effort.
The goal is a seamless, stress-free experience from home to the clinic.

Unified access to personal health data and immunization logs.
Pre-consultation Data Entry
Allow users to complete medical history and necessary documentation before arriving at the clinic, reducing waiting time.
